This Saturday November 11th please take the time to attend one of The Remembrance Day Services in our area.The Hunter River Remembrance Day Service will be held on November 11th, at the Hunter River Presbyterian Church at 10a.m. Refreshments following the service at the Hunter River Community Centre. Materials will be available at the Community Centre for anyone to make a Valentine to be sent to the Valentines for Veterens program.

Wheatley River – 11am Wheatley River Cenotaph and Hall ( please arrive prior to 11am)
Attending Remembrance Day ceremonies on November 11th are a well known way to honour those who served and continue to serve our country, so that we may live in peace and freedom today. Remembering these people is one way to say thank you. If you cannot attend a service, you may watch The National Ceremony at The National War Memorial in Ottawa.
